Meet Your Guide

Thanks so much for being here.


My name is Lynar and my breathwork journey began back ​in 2017 when I started attending regular yoga classes.


Finding a passion for Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy I ​completed my 200-hour YTT with Inner Adventure Yoga ​and Heidi Walters in December 2019. I was just about to ​teach my first yoga class when the Pandemic hit in 2020.


During that stressful time, my breathwork and yoga ​practices helped to maintain both physical and mental ​health. It was really during that time that my passion for ​breathwork as a practice began to grow.

I wanted to understand the science behind breathwork, so in late 2020 I trained with Lucas Rockwood and became ​a Certified Breath Coach.


It was then that I started guiding friends and family through breathwork practices hoping to ease some of their ​stress and anxiety during the pandemic.


Through my own journey, I have witnessed how breathwork can transform stress into calm, increase focus, and ​change the way that people show up in their daily lives.


A transformative experience at a Wim Hof event that same year sparked my interest in cold exposure. This led to ​the integration of more dynamic breathing practices and cold plunges into my routine.


Shortly after adopting a cold practice, I began guiding people through breathwork and cold plunge and Breath ​Academy was born.


For the last three years it has been such an honor and privilege to share these powerful practices with so many ​people.


I take the responsibility of being an Ambassador of Breath and a Cold Water Guide very seriously, I feel that I am ​called to do this work.
